Resolution 9418 RESOLUTION NO. 92418
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend
its funds for water works or sewerage systems ; and
WHEREAS , said City Council has before it the following
described Plans, to-wit:
Palm, Hibiscus and Star Islands
Sanitary Sewer System, including
gravity sewers , pneumatic ejector
and compressor stations , air-lines
and force main
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida
State Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS , said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for approval of said Plans ,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and
accept said Plans and that Claude A. Renshaw,City Manager, be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit for considera-
tion and approval to the Florida State Board of Health the above-
described Plans
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, A.D. 1957 .
