Resolution 9421 RESOLUTION NO. 9421
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary for the welfare of said City and the
inhabitants thereof, to acquire for the purpose of off the street
parking of automobiles for the use of said City and its inhabitants
the following described land situate, lying and being in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, to wit:
Lot Two (2) of Block Thirty-six (36) of
GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according to the
amended Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6,
page 26 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that
the fee simple title to the above-described property be acquired
for use and maintenance for the purpose of off the street parking
of automobiles for the benefit of said City and its inhabitants,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Attorney
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to institute the
necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City in the
exercise of the right of eminent domain for the condemnation of
said property for said purpose .
