Resolution 9422 RESOLUTION NO. 9422
WHEREAS an agreement has been heretofore entered by
and between the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach First
Federal Savings and Loan Association providing for the purchase
by the City of certain land described therein, and
WHEREAS it was intended that the parcel of land
described therein as being excepted therefrom having dimensions
of 104 feet by 94 feet should provide for dimensions of 100 feet
by 94 feet, and to provide for an easement of six feet in width
immediately south of and adjacent to said excepted parcel, for
sidewalk purposes, and
WHEREAS the parties to said agreement are mutually
desirous of modifying said agreement accordingly, and
WHEREAS an amendment to said agreement has been
prepared by the Acting City Attorney setting forth said
modification, and the City Council being familiar with the
provisions thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute and deliver said amendment to said agreement for and
in the name of the said City.
