HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-442 H-442
WHEREAS, on the 20thday of March, 1957 , the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Highway Improvement H-442,
District H-442,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, includingan estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City ?engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, B; IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 3rd day of April,
1957 , at 11: 00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvement .
