This Letter to Commission (LTC) serves to provide an update regarding utilization
related to the concession agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Blink
Network1 LLC for a self-service electric vehicle charging station services program for
the City's parking. facilities.
The Agreement grants Blink the right to operate a program that includes, among
others, installation, operation, maintenance and management of a concession for
self-service EV Stations for public use in certain municipal parking facilities, defined
as the Concession Service Zone.
This service is currently available at the 12th Street (G2), 13th Street (G3), City Hall
(G7) and 42nd Street (G6) Garages. The remaining garages will be launched in the
coming months as upgrades to electrical service are completed.
Attached please find the year-to-date monthly utilization/kilowatts sold and the
revenue to the City for the current fiscal year.
