Resolution 9486 RESOLUTION NO. 9486
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", and the
maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to place in
the "H-1" Multiple-Family District, as said district is set forth
and defined in said ordinance, and in an appropriate area district
as said districts are defined in said ordinance, those certain
parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot A and Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Indian Beach Corporation's
Subdivision, according to the amended Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 61, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 19th day of June, 1957,
at 11:00 o'clock a.m. , in the Council Chamber, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15 ) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, publish-
ed in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in
said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, A.D., 1957.
