Resolution 9521 RESOLUTION NO. 9521
WHEREAS, after due notice, on the 13th day of
May, 1957, bids were opened for the furnishing of prepared
meals for the prisoners of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
during the ensuing year; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June, 1957, the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, determined
that FRANK D. DILLARD, the owner and operator of DILLARD'S
RESTAURANT, was the successful bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an
agreement between the City and the said FRANK D. DILLARD,
which contains the terms of the specifications which were
the basis for said bids, the City Council being familiar
with the terms of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of
said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of Jure , A.D. 1957.
