Resolution 9524 RESOLUTION 9524
WHEREAS, our friend and colleague, Samuel J.
Halperin, has served his City faithfully and with
distinction from June, 1955 until June , 1957; and
WHEREAS, as City Councilman he gave willingly
and unselfishly of his time and energy serving the
people of the community; and
WHEREAS, he was conscientious in his attendance
at Council sessions and diligent in the pursuit of
all of his City assignments and functions, lending
able and wise counsel, due to his varied business
experience and training;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
we do hereby go on record as according Samuel J. Halperin
our thanks and appreciation for a job well done and we
further express herewith our sincere regret at the
termination of his valuable services to the City as a
member of the City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be
instructed to record this resolution in the usual
manner and to prepare a suitably engrossed original
for presentation to him.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, A.D.
1957 .
