Resolution 9525 RESOLUTION NO. 9525
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida", so as to authorize and permit "Stock
Brokerage Investment Offices" in the "REE" Multiple-Family
District, as said District is set forth and defined in said
ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 21st day
of August, 1957, at 11:15 o'clock A.M., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
