Resolution 9540 RESOLUTION NO. 95+0
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida",
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to
remove from Parking District No. 1 and to place in Parking District
No. 3, as said districts are set forth and defined in said
ordinance, those parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, described as follows, to wit :
Lot A and Lots 1 to b, inclusive, Indian Beach
Corporation's Subdivision, according to the amended
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page bl, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 21st day of
August, 1957, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chamber, in
the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of
said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
nereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof, published
in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in
said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of July, A.D. 1957.
