Resolution 9541 RESOLUTION NO. 9541
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof,
so as to place in the "RE" Multiple-Family District, as said
district is set forth and defined in said ordinance, and in
an appropriate area district as said districts are defined in
said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit :
The East one-half (EZ) of Lot 11 and all of
Lot 12, Block 32, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 14, page 42 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day
of September, 1957, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, A.D. 1957.
