BE IT RESOLVM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held. at 11 :00 o' clock A. Irl. , July
17th , A. D. 19 57, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, he and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July,
