Resolution 9554 RESOLUTION NO . 9554
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach heretofore
entered into an agreement dated July 30, 1953, whereby
FRANK B. BRICKMAN was employed for a term ending July 22,
1954, which agreement was thereafter extended for a term of
one year ending July 22, 1955; and which was thereafter
extended for a term of two years ending July 22, 1957, and
WHEREAS it is the desire of the parties to
enter into a similar agreement for the ensuing two years,
with the exception that the same shall provide for an
annual salary of $6,000.00, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an
agreement between the parties for said additional two
years, the City Council being familiar with the terms
thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the said agreement in the name of and
on behalf of the said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of July, A.D. 1957.
