Resolution 9563 RESOLUTION NO. 9563
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Mlami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof,
soyas to exclude from the "RE" Multiple-Family District and to
include in the "BB" Business District, as said districts are
set forth and defined in said ordinance, and in an appropriate
area district as said districts are defined in said ordinance,
that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to wit :
Lot 30, Block 35, MIAMI VIEW SECTION
ISLE OF NORMANDY, Part 1, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 34, page 60 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 21st day of
August, 1957, at 2:30 P.M. o'clock, in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circu-
lation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 31st day of July, A.D. 1957.
