Resolution 9574 RESOLUTION NO. 9574
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on July 30, 1957,
for the purpose of nominating two candidates to be placed
on the ballot at an election held on August 6, 1957, for the
purpose of selecting a Regular member from Group 1 of City
Employees to serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS, there has also been submitted the Certificate
of the Inspectors who conducted said Election held on
August 6, 1957;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby adopt
the said Certificate as the result of said Election held on
August 6, 1957, and does hereby declare Sidney Unterberg
to be elected to the Personnel Board to represent City
Employees in Group 1.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of August, A. D. 1957.
