BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MT�lI4'iI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :45 o' clock A. P;I. , August
21 , A. D. 1957, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, he and the same is hereby accepted.
