SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SK-232

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-232 A 5' concrete sidewalk on both sides of Cleveland
Road, Daytonia Road, Biscayne Point Circle, Henedon
Avenue, Cecil Street, Fowler Street and Noremac
Avenue for the entire length of said roads, circle,
avenues and streets, and on both sides of North Bis-
cayne Point Road from the easterly lines of Blocks
10 and 13, Biscayne Point Subdivision, to its inter-
section with Cleveland Road, and on both sides of
South Biscayne Point Road from the easterly lines
of Blocks 7 and 14, Biscayne Point Subdivision, to
its intersection with Daytonia Road.
As said Roads, Circle, Avenues, Streets and Subdi-
vision are shown on Plats recorded in Pia t Book
Fourteen (14) , page thirty-five (35) , Plat Book
Forty-seven (47) , page thirteen (13) , Plat Book
Twenty-nine (29) , page sixty-three (63) and Plat
Book Fifty-seven (57) , page twenty-eight (28) of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and
as said Cleveland Road, Daytonia Road and Biscayne
Point Circle are named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-232, and is des-
cribed as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on
the above described roads, circle, avenues and
streets and lying within the limits described
above.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as sidewalk Improvement SK-232, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-2320
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF Se..tember, A.D.1957.
