SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SK-233 SK-233
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September , the City
Council passed arid adopted resolution ordering the im-
provement designated as Sidewalk Improvement SK-233,
District SK-233.

and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and estimate of the
cost thereof, including estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
ITHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
Published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach a notice statingg_that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 18th day of September
1957 , at 11:00 A. M. , the City Council will hear objections
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution • ordering said improvement .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September A. D.
