Resolution 9602 RESOLUTION NO. 9602
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on August 20, 1957, for
the purpose of nominating two candidates to be placed on the
ballot at an Election held on August 27, 1957, for the purpose
of electing a Trustee for the Miami Beach Employees Retirement
System from Group 3 of the employees of the City of Miami Beach,
in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 9575, as
passed and adopted by the City Council on the 7th day of August,
1957; and
WHEREAS, there has also been submitted the Certificate of
the Inspectors who conducted the Election held on August 27, 1957;
and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate as the result
of said Election, and do hereby declare the member from Group 3
elected as Trustee to the Miami Beach Employees Retirement System
to be Ed Bond.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, A.D. 1957.
