Resolution 9623 RESOLUTION NO. 9623
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof,
so as to exclude from the "RE" Multiple-Family District and to
include in the "BB" Business District, as said districts are
set forth and defined in said ordinance, and in an appropriate
Area District as said districts are defined in said ordinance,
that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lot One (1) , Block Thirty-eight (38)
MIAMI VIEW SECTION ISLE OF NORMANDY,
Part 1, according to the Plat thereo f,
recorded in Plat Book 34, page 80 of
the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day of
December, 1957 at 11:45 a.m. o 'clock, in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beacn, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circu-
lation in said City.
