A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-546 DISTRICT SR-546
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improverr'nt SR-546,
District SR-546 , has been complete and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on November 20, A. D. ,
19 57 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested.
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of Novembee,
A. D. 1957 .
