g e' WHEREAS, as of January 1, 1958, there will be in the
Reserve Account of the Bond and Interest Redemption Fund of the
09 Metered Parking System the sum of $165,000.00, of which sum
S U • $15,000.00 is required by the provisions of Resolution No. 7127
to be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking
Revenue Bonds in advance of maturity,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said sum of $15,000 / 15,G81—(1°
be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue
Bonds, Series 1950, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution
No. 7127, and to the extent that said sum permits, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Miami Beach First National Bank,
of Miami Beach, Florida, the Depositary designated in said Reso-
lution, be and it is hereby authorized and directed, in accordance
with the provisions of Resolution No. 7127, to call for the redemp-
tion and to thereafter redeem and retire such number of Parking
Revenue Bonds, Series 1950, as said sum of $15,000 permits, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that a duly certified copy of this Resolution
be transmitted to the Depositary, the Miami Beach First National
Bank, of Miami Beach, Florida, as sufficient evidence of the full
and complete authority of said Depositary to so act in the premises.
