BE IT RESOLVD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 11°00 o' clock A. M. , on November
20th , A. D. 1957, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November,
A. D. 1957.
