Resolution 9648 RESOLUTION NO. 9648
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that Community Concerts Association
of Miami Beach
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Auditorium for the purpose of series of Concerts
on January 16, 1958, February 5, 1958, March 1, 1958,
March 22, 1958 and April 12, 1958;
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement,
and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement cn behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
