Resolution 9650 RESOLUTION NO. 9650
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on the 30th day of December, 1953, adopted its
Resolution No. 8627, authorizing the issuance of parking
revenue bonds in the amount of $500, 000.00; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, the said bonds were validated
by a decree of the Circuit Court in and for Dade County,
Florida, but have never been issued or sold; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida deems it to be to the best interest of said City
to refrain from issuing said bonds heretofore authorized as
aforesaid;
NOW, THERJ'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
THE CITYOF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the parking

revenue bonds, in the amount of $500,000.00, heretofore
authorized by Resolution No. 8627 of said City, passed and
adopted on the 30th day of December, 1953, be and they
are hereby cancelled, and said Resolution No. 8627 be and
the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of December, A. D.
1957.
