RESOLUTION NO . 9683
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the law firm of Sibley, Grusmark,
Barkdull and King, be and it is hereby authorized to enter its
appearance for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, jointly
with the City Attorney, in Chancery Case No. ;854 7 , wherein
Melvin Muroff, et al, are plaintiffs and the City of Miami Beach
is defendant, now pending in the Dade County Circuit Court,
provided, however, that the City of Miami Beach shall be under
no obligation to compensate said law firm for services rendered
therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January , A.D. 1958•
