SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
toproceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-235 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the South Side of
Seventy-Fifth (75th) Street from Harding Avenue to a
point at or near one hundred seventy (170) feet East of
Harding Avenue.
As said Street and Avenue are shown on Plat recorded in
Plat Book Thirty-Four (34) , page four (4) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, end as the said Seventy-
, Fifth (75th) Street and Harding Avenue are named and
designated in Ordinance 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other expenses necessary end proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-235 and is described
as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on the
South Side of Seventy-Fifth (75th) Street and lying
between Harding Avenue and a point at or near one
hundred seventy (170) feet East of Harding Avenue.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-235, and the property against which as-
sessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-235.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th day of February, A.D. 1958
