A RESOLUTION CALLING A HARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
WHITEWAY
IMPROVEMENT WW-128 DISTRICT WW-128
WHEREAS, Whiteway Improvem'nt WW-128,
District WW-128 , has been completel and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a me-:ting of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on February 19, A. D. ,
1958 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of February,
A. D. 1958 .
