Resolution 9706 RESOLUTION NO. 9706
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof so as to require that,in
all portions of the City where two family or multiple family
dwellings are permitted,parking spaces shall be provided
in connection with every building hereafter erected, con-
structed, reconstructed or structurally altered for use by
more than one family;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 1t9 hi
day of March , 1958, at 11 :00 A.M o 'cloc n e
Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami eac orida, for the
consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk
be and he is hereby directed to give fifteen days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
