Resolution 9742 RESOLUTION NO. 9742
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Section 5, Ordinance No. 289,
being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, so as to
permit apartment houses and apartment hotels consisting of 300
or more apartments wherein each apartment unit has an aggregate
floor area of not less than 400 square feet, to contain service
facilities similar to those permitted in hotels consisting of
100 or more guest rooms, as set forth in Paragraph 4, Section 5,
of said Ordinance, such service facilities to conform, however,
to the requirements, restrictions and conditions presently
existing and set forth in said paragraph;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of May,
1958, at 11:00 A.M. o 'clock, in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City,
