BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NIAPra BEACH, FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-236 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the North Side
of Seventy-Fifth (75th) Street from Harding Avenue
to Collins Avenue.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on Plats re-
corded in Plat Book Thirty-One (31), Page Forty (40)
and Plat Book Eight (8), Page Forty-One ( .1) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida and as the
said Seventy-Fifth (75th) Street and Harding Avenue
are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of pre-
liminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, in-
terest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District SK-236 amd os descrobed as
follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting on the
North Side of Seventy-Fifth (75th) Street and lying
between Harding Avenue and Collins Avenue.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-236, and the property against which assess-
ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District SK-236.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th day of April, A.D. 1958
