A RESOLUTION CALLING A HLARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-444 DISTRICT H-444
WHEREAS, Highway Improver nt H-444,
District H-444 , has been complete-1 and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by tha City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meting of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on May 7th, A. D. ,
19587 at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PAAS.ED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April,
