RESOLUTION NO. 9759
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-233 DISTRICT SK-233
WHEREAS, Sidewalk Improvement SK-233,
District SK-233 , has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by tha City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a muting of the City Council will be
held at 1400 o 'clock A. M. on May 21, A. D. ,
1958 at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of May,
A. D. 1958 .
