Resolution 9765 • 976 RESOLUTION NO . 9765 WHEREAS, after due notice on the 12th day of May, 1958 bids were opened for the exclusive right to operate a concession for the sale of certain food, tobacco and beverages in the Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium and Exhibition Hall for a period extending from on or about November 1, 1958 until October 31, 1963, and WHEREAS, on the 21st day of May, 1958 the City Council of the City of Miami Beach determined that Oscar Markovich Theatrical Concession Enterprises was the successful bidder, and WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement between the City and the said Oscar Markovich Theatrical Concession Enterprises, which contains the terms of the specifications which were the basis for the said bids, the City Council being familiar with the terms of the said agreement, and WHEREAS it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach to execute the said agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said agreement in the name of and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
