RESOLUTION NO . 9766
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, so as to exclude from Area District No . 19,
as the said Area District is set forth and defined in said
Ordinance, and to include in an Area District to be created
providing front, rear and side yards, as follows :
There shall be a front yard facing Pine Tree Drive, having
a depth of not less than fifteen (15) feet . There shall be
a rear yard having a depth of not less than five (5) feet .
There shall be a side yard having a width on either (each)
side of the building; or to include in such other existing
or new Area District having such front, rear and side yard
dimensions as may be required, that certain parcel of land
situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 32, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION,
recorded in Plat Book 14, page 42 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
Less
Lot 13, as shown on Plat entitled "Plat
of Lot 13, Block 32, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION,
recorded in Plat Book 27, page 17 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and Less
That area designated as ''alley" shown on
Plat entitled Amended Plat of Lot 13,
Block 32, LAKEVIEW SUBDIVISION", recorded
in Plat Book 47, Page 105 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THERuiORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 18th day
of June, 1958, at 11:00 a.m. o 'clock, in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' Notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
