Resolution 9786 RESOLUTION NO . 9786 WHEREAS, after due notice, on the 28th day of March, 1958, bids were opened for the exclusive right to install and operate automatic, coin-operated cold soft drink dispensing machines at certain Municipal bathing beaches and recreational facilities in the City of Miami Beach for a period of two years ending May 31, 1960, and WHEREAS, on the 7th day of May, 1958, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach determined that J & M VENDING COMPANY, INC . was the successful bidder, and WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement between the City and the said J & M VENDING COMPANY, INC . which contains the terms of the specifications which were the basis for the said bids, the City Council being familiar with the terms of the said agreement, and WHEREAS it is deemed to be to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach to execute the said agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said agreement in the name of and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach-, Florida .
