Resolution 9797 RESOLUTION NO. 9797
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commcnly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof,
so as to exclude from Area District No . 13 and to include in
Area District No . 25, as said Area Districts are set forth and
defined in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 107,
and Lots 10 to 16, inclusive,
Block 95, all in OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION NO . 3, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
page 81 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 6th day of
August, 1958, at 11:15 a.m. o 'clock, in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) daysNotice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
