SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-549 SR-549
BE IT RESOLVED BY TdE CITY COUNCIL OF DIE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered
to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under
Section 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-549 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes, and appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Collins Avenue from
a point at or near the center line of 85th Street to a
point at or near the southerly line of lot 4, Block 7,
Altos del Mar No. 2.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
to each 50 feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Avenue, Street, lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 162 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida and as said
85th Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk
plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof;
including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys;
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such improve-
r ment is hereby designated as District SR-549, and is described as follows:
Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 7, Altos del Mar No. 2, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 162
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-549, and the property against which assessments
therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-549.
