Resolution 9830 RESOLUTION NO . 9830
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof,
so as to exclude from the "H-1" Multiple-Family District and
to include in the "REA" Multiple-Family District, and in
appropriate Area, Parking and Cabana Districts as said Districts
are defined in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land
situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as
follows, to wit :
All of Lots Two (2) , Three (3) , Ten (10) , Eleven (11) ,
Twelve (12) Thirteen (13) , Fourteen (14) , Fifteen (15) ,
Sixteen (16) , Seventeen (17) , Nineteen (19) , Twenty-one
(21) , Twenty-two (22) , Twenty-five (25) , Twenty-seven
(27) , and Twenty-eight (28) of FIRST OCEAN FRONT
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 9, page 78 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 17th day of September,
1958, at 11:15 a.m. o 'clock, in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1958 .
