Resolution 9884 RESOLUTION NO. '•f?,1�
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolutions
No. 7127 and No. 9651 , adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, on the 8th day of March, 1950 and
the 18th day of December 1957, respectively, the City Manager
of said City prepared and on the 15th day of October 1958, sub-
mitted to the City Council a "proposed budget" for the Metered
Parking System covering the anticipated revenues and balances
in various funds and accounts, including surpluses and antici -
pated expenditures of such revenues, funds, accounts and sur-
pluses for all pu:poses, including operation, maintenance,
repairs, renewals and replacements and the hiring of employees
and services for the operating year beginning January 1 , 1959,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and does
approve said proposed budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said budget be
and the same is hereby adopted.
