Resolution 9886 RESOLUTION NO. 9886 1
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, commonly
known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida",
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to
include in an existing Multiple-Family Use District, or in a
Multiple-Family Use District to be created, and to include in an
appropriate Parking District, as said Districts are set forth and
defined in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit :
All of ALTOS DEL MAR NO . 1,
Plat Book 31 at page 40, and
All of ALTOS DEL MAR NO . 2,
Plat Book 4 at page 162,
as said plats are recorded in the
Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of
December, 1958, at 11:00 o 'clock a.m. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by Public Notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach, Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1958 .
