Resolution 9903 RESOLUTION NO . 9903 WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach has been requested to convey to the County of Dade for public highway purposes the land hereinafter described, with the usual and customary reversion clause providing that the land so conveyed shall revert to the City of Miami Beach in the event of lawful and permanent discontinuance of the use of said land for said purpose, and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems and finds it to be for the best interests of the City of Miami Beach and its inhabitants that such conveyance be executed, and WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared a proposed form of conveyance, the terms and provisions of which are in accordance with the foregoing, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver the said deed and conveyance conveying the following described land, to wit : That portion of the westerly thirty- five (35) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE*) of Section 32, Township 51 South, Range 42 East, approximately three hundred ten (310) feet in length lying between the northerly line of the said Section 32 and the easterly extension of the northerly line of Northeast 214th Street, as said street is shown on the plat of IVES ESTATES SECTION 4, recorded in Plat Book 60 at page 79 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, containing 0 .25 acres, more or less; to the County of Dade, State of Florida, for public highway purposes, with reversion to the City of Miami Beach as hereinabove provided.
