Resolution 9904 RESOLUTION NO . 9904
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1958, the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach adopted Resolution No . 9886,
and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is of the beliefhat a study of the subject matter of said
Resolution by the/Zoning Board of Adjustment would be of
assistance to the City Council in its deliberations,
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that Resolution No . 9886 be and the
same is hereby rescinded, and that the subject matter thereof be
and the same is hereby referred to the Zoning Board of Adjustment,
with directions to call and conduct a full and complete public
hearing thereon, and to consider in conjunction therewith the
Bartholomew Report, on file in the office of the City Manager,
and after due deliberation and consideration to render a full and
complete report, together with its findings, conclusions and
recommendations, to the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
with all due speed, for such action by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach as shall be appropriate .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1958.
