Resolution 9910 RESOLUTION NO . 9910
WHEREAS JOSEPH VOYTEK was the successful bidder
for the Normandy Shores Golf Course Food and Beverage Concession
in accordance with the terms of those certain specifications
dated October 21 , 1958, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering the said concession, with the terms of which agreement
the City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said agreement for and in the name of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1958.
