Resolution 9915 RESOLUTION NO. 9915
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, by Resolution No. 9898, passed and
adopted on the 5th day of November, 1958, ordered the
construction of Sidewalk Improvement SK-2140, and
WHEREAS, this Body has subsequently decided to
abandon this aforementioned contemplated improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said
Resolution No. 9898 ordering said Sidewalk Improvement
SK-2140, be and the same is hereby rescinded and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1958.
