Resolution 9919 RESOLUTION NO. 9919
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude from
the "RC" Estate District and to include in a Use District less
restrictive than said "RC" Estate District, and in appropriate Area
and Parking Districts, as said districts are defined and set forth
in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
All of Block 8, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 31
at page 40 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and the maps
attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude from the
"RD" Single-Family District and to include in a Use District less
restrictive than said "RD" Single-Family District, and in appropriate
Area and Parking Districts, as said districts are defined and set
forth in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
All of Block 9, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1, according
to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 31 at
page 40 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS a public hearing was heretofore called to consider
said amendment on the 3rd day of December, 1958, at 11:15 o' clock a.m. ,
and
WHEREAS petitioners for said amendment have requested
that the said hearing be continued,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the public hearing heretofore called
to be held on the 3rd day of December, 1958 at 11:15 o' clock a.m. ,
be and the same is hereby continued to the 21st day of January, 1959,
at 11:15 o' clock a.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
directed to give fifteen (15) days' notice of the time, place and
object of said continued hearing by Public Notice thereof, published
in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circul t on in said City.
