Resolution 9924 RESOLUTION NO. 9924
WHEREAS the best interests of the City of Miami
Beach require that the City of Miami Beach lease and rent
from Checker Rent-A-Car Inc. , a Florida corporation, a
limousine automobile for a term of two _years commencing
January 1, 1959, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared the lease
agreement providing for the lease of said automobile to the
City, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is familiar with the terms and provisions of
said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and in the name and behalf of the
City of Miami Beach.
