A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-549 DISTRICT SR-549
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-549,
District SR-549 , has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by t ha City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a me-)ting of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on January 7, A. D,
9
1959 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested.
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASQED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December,
