A RESOLUTION CALLING A HARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
SANITARY
SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-32 DISTRICT SL-32
WHEREAS, Sewer Lateral Improve/yr-zit SL-32,
District SL-32 , has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by tree City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Niami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 11 :00 o 'clock A. M. on January 7, A. D. ,
19 59 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested.
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof byCity the Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of December,
