Resolution 9962 RESOLUTION NO. 9962
WHEREAS Gerald F. Kelly and William Pite of Miami
Beach, Florida, are the concessionaires holding those certain
rights and privileges known as "the Pro-Shop and Food and
Beverage Concession at the Bay Shore Golf Course in the City
of Miami Beach; by virtue of a written agreement with the
City, which agreement is dated March 21, 1956; and
WHEREAS the said Gerald F. Kelly and William Pite
have requested a three-year extension of the said agreement;
and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
by the terms of which such rights and privileges known as "The
Pro-Shop and Food and Beverage Concession at the Bay Shore
Golf Course in the City of Miami Beach" are extended and
renewed for a period of three years, the City Council being
familiar with the terms of the said extension agreement, and
WHEREAS the City Council deems it to be to the
best interests of the City to execute said extension agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the said extension agreement in the name of and on
behalf of said City.
